When you open an account on asia365, you confirm your identity through email verification, KYC document upload, and payment method registration. Our terms set out how your account operates, how deposits and withdrawals work, how we handle your data during sessions, and what happens if a dispute arises. This page outlines these conditions in plain language — the practical steps and commitments that shape your membership on asia365.

asia365 operates in supported jurisdictions where our service is permitted by local law. Your location, age, and eligibility determine whether an account can be opened. By accessing asia365, you confirm that account opening is legal where you are located and that you meet our eligibility criteria. We do not operate in restricted regions; access outside permitted areas is not supported.

These terms apply to all asia365 members. They cover mobile app access (Android installation and iOS browser), web access on desktop, account security responsibilities, payment processing, game rules, and our dispute-resolution process. Nothing here limits your legal rights; in cases of conflict between these terms and local law in your jurisdiction, local law prevails.

Account Opening and Eligibility on asia365

Account opening on asia365 requires email, password, and identity verification. We collect your full name, date of birth, national ID number, and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 6 months). KYC verification takes 2-24 hours; most accounts are approved within 4 hours during business hours (06:00-22:00 Jakarta time, Monday-Sunday). If your documents are unclear or mismatched, we request new uploads via your account dashboard.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share it with anyone, including asia365 staff or customer support. We will never ask for your password in email, chat, or phone. If your account is accessed by someone else without permission, notify our support team immediately — we will review access logs, freeze your account if needed, and help you regain control. Two-factor authentication is optional and available in Account Settings > Security; we recommend enabling it if you use public WiFi.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

asia365 accepts deposits through six Indonesian payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Bank transfers to Virtual Accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) are also supported. Deposits are processed instantly for e-wallets (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) and within 1-24 hours for bank transfers, depending on your bank's processing time.

Deposit confirmation: Your deposit is credited to your asia365 wallet only after asia365 receives payment confirmation from your bank or payment provider. Until confirmed, your deposit does not appear in your balance.

Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and are processed through the withdrawal method you registered during account setup. Withdrawal requests enter a review queue to verify your identity and account balance. Most withdrawals are approved and sent to your payment method within subject to verification. E-wallet withdrawals (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) typically arrive within 1 hour; bank transfers may take 2-24 hours depending on your bank. Mobile Access and Session Management

asia365 is optimised for mobile. Android users install the app from the asia365 website; installation takes subject to verification and uses approximately 80-120 MB of storage. iOS users access asia365.app via Safari or Chrome browser — no app installation is required. After login (email, password, and one-time code), your session remains active for 24 hours unless you manually log out or clear your browser cookies.

Data usage for gameplay is minimal — typically 2-5 MB per hour depending on image quality and notification settings. Push notifications inform you of withdrawal status, deposit confirmation, and session reminders; you control these settings in Account Settings > Notifications. The app works on WiFi or mobile data; there is no special bandwidth requirement.

Game Rules and Dispute Resolution

Each game on asia365 — football betting, live-dealer tables, slots, esports markets — has published rules accessible in-app under Help > Game Rules. Rules cover prediction mechanics, payout structures, round timers, and maximum bet limits. We enforce these rules consistently across all accounts. If you believe a result is incorrect or a payment was not processed, submit a dispute through your account (Help > Report Issue) or contact our support team. Disputes must be reported within 30 days of the event; older reports cannot be investigated.

Note: Game outcomes are determined by our system at the moment of round closure. We do not reverse outcomes based on belief, prediction, or external events — only on documented system malfunction or account compromise.

Our support team responds to account, payment, and game-rule questions via in-app chat (typical response 2-4 hours during business hours) or email (response within 24 hours). We speak Indonesian and English. If you are located in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, your local bank holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek) do not affect payment processing — withdrawals clear on the same timeline.

Account Restrictions and Data Protection

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend an account if: you provide false identity information, you attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, you access your account from a restricted jurisdiction, or your activity violates local law. Restricted accounts cannot log in, deposit, or withdraw. We will notify you of the restriction and the reason in writing via your registered email.

Your personal data — email, identity number, address, payment method details — is encrypted and stored on asia365 systems. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. You can request a download of your personal data or deletion of your account through Account Settings > Data & Privacy; deletion takes 7-14 days to process.

Liability and Jurisdiction

asia365 provides the platform and games "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for: internet outages, payment processor delays, loss of device access, or incorrect player prediction. We are liable only for documented errors directly caused by asia365 system malfunction — for example, if a winning prediction was incorrectly marked as losing due to a technical bug. Liability in such cases is limited to the amount of the disputed transaction plus non-specific info.

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from your membership on asia365 must be resolved through our dispute process (described above) or, if unresolved, through arbitration or courts in Indonesia. By joining asia365, you agree to this jurisdiction and dispute-resolution process.

Our Commitments on asia365

We at asia365 commit to: processing deposits and withdrawals promptly according to the timelines stated in these terms, maintaining account security through KYC verification and two-factor authentication, handling disputes fairly and transparently, and keeping your personal data encrypted and private. We do not allow underage users, fraudulent accounts, or accounts opened in restricted jurisdictions.

asia365 is available only where local law permits our service. Access from outside supported jurisdictions is not supported and may result in account restriction. We use IP address and payment-method location data to verify eligibility; mismatched locations may trigger account review or suspension pending KYC clarification.

These terms may be updated at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email to your registered address. Continued use of asia365 after notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms. If you do not accept an update, you may close your account through Account Settings > Close Account; any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure.
