We offer three paths to asia365 on your phone. Android users download our APK directly from this site—no Google Play Store listing, so you control the installation. iOS users open Safari or Chrome, visit asia365.app, and bookmark or add asia365 to your home screen as a web app. Desktop users can visit the full site, but the mobile version loads faster and uses less data.

On mobile, asia365 updates odds in real time for Liga 1 and Piala AFF matches. You can place bets, check your balance, and view transaction history without switching between apps. Push notifications tell you when your deposit is confirmed, a withdrawal is being processed, or a market odds shift occurs. The app caches your last five sessions so you can scroll back through betting history even if your internet drops momentarily.
Browser access on iOS and Android works identically to the APK on Android—same speed, same security. The only difference is convenience: the APK installs as a standalone icon on your home screen, while browser access requires opening Safari or Chrome first. Both paths use the same encrypted connection, the same KYC system, the same DANA / e-wallet / mobile banking / local payment / online payment payment rails, and the same withdrawal review process (typically subject to verification).
Android and iOS compatibility
asia365 runs on Android 7 and later; older devices cannot install the APK. iOS users need iOS 12 or higher; we support Safari, Chrome, and Edge on iPhone and iPad. If you are using Android 5 or 6, you can still access asia365 through your phone's web browser by visiting asia365.app directly. We do not offer iOS apps through the App Store, so browser-based access is your only option if you use an iPhone.
Resolving installation problems
If the APK refuses to install on Android, check Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps and toggle asia365 to ON. If you see a certificate warning in your browser, this is normal—our SSL certificate is valid and your data is encrypted. Do not dismiss the warning; proceed to the site. On iOS, if adding asia365 to your home screen fails, clear your Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data), then try again. If your download stalls, restart your phone, ensure you have at least 50 MB free space, and try once more on a 4G or Wi-Fi connection.
Account security and data handling
asia365 protects your account through KYC verification, two-factor authentication (opt-in from Account Settings), and encrypted password storage. When you deposit via e-wallet or mobile banking Virtual Account, we do not store your payment app credentials—only a confirmation token. Your withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team within the stated window (usually subject to verification after you request). We never share your identity documents, bank details, or betting history with third parties. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Password resets are sent only to your registered email.
Your asia365 account is tied to your verified email and mobile number. If you forget your password, tap "Forgot password?" on the login page, confirm your email, and check your inbox for a reset link (valid for one hour). If you lose access to your registered email or phone, contact our customer support team via the Help menu in your account. Support hours are 08:00–23:00 WIB on weekdays and 10:00–22:00 WIB on weekends. We aim to respond within 2 hours during support hours.
The asia365 app requests minimal device permissions: internet access (required), storage (to save cached sessions and downloaded betting slips), and camera (optional, only for KYC document upload). You can deny camera permission and upload documents via file browser instead. The app does not access your contacts, calendar, or SMS history.
