asia365 Privacy Policy
This page describes what we collect when you use asia365 and how we keep that data protected. We handle your email address, identity documents, payment method details, and session activity through encrypted channels and secure servers. Your withdrawal requests, login history, and account preferences all sit within asia365's data systems; we do not sell or share this information with third parties beyond payment processors and regulatory bodies required by local law.
asia365 operates in supported jurisdictions where account holders verify their identity before deposit. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is our primary data-collection point — we request your email, national ID card image, proof of address, and payment method confirmation. This verification protects both your account and our platform from fraud, money laundering, and duplicate accounts across regions like Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Medan.
On mobile — Android via our app, iOS via browser — push notifications, session tokens, and local cache all follow the same privacy protections as desktop access. We outline mobile-specific data handling, third-party integrations, cookies, your access rights, and how to contact us below.
What We Collect and How We Use It
Identity and Account Data
We collect your email address, full name, date of birth, national ID number, and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months) during account setup. These details undergo KYC verification — we confirm your identity against government records and cross-check address data. Once verified, your documents are stored encrypted on asia365 servers. We retain these documents for the duration of your account membership plus 7 years after closure, as required by local gaming regulations.
We use your email to send account notifications: login alerts, withdrawal confirmations, KYC verification status, password reset links, and security updates. You control notification frequency in Account Settings. We do not send marketing emails; all messages relate to account security or regulatory requirements.
Payment and Transaction Data
We record every deposit and withdrawal you make through asia365. When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, or mobile banking, we receive your transaction ID, payment method, amount, timestamp, and confirmation status from the payment processor. We store this data encrypted and use it to reconcile your account balance, process refunds, investigate disputes, and comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations. local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking bank transfers are recorded similarly; bank data itself (account number, sort code) is hashed and never stored in plain text.
Withdrawal records include your selected payout method, amount requested, review timestamp, and status (approved, pending, rejected). We retain transaction history for 10 years to satisfy regulatory audit requirements. You can download your full transaction history from Account Settings > History at any time.
Mobile and Session Data
On Android and iOS, asia365 collects your device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, and session duration. This data helps us diagnose crashes, optimise app performance, and prevent account takeover through device fingerprinting. We do not collect your location (GPS is never requested). Push notifications on mobile are encrypted and stored only on your device; notification history is not logged on our servers. If you enable two-factor authentication, we store your authenticator app's backup code encrypted — we do not store the time-based codes themselves.
App cache and login tokens expire after 24 hours of inactivity. Clear app data (Settings > Apps > asia365 > Storage > Clear Cache) to remove local session files at any time.
Third-Party Processors
We share limited data with third-party partners only as necessary. Payment processors (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) receive your amount, payment method, and transaction status — they do not receive your KYC documents or password. Our SMS provider (for two-factor codes) receives only your phone number and the code message; no account or payment details are shared. Our web hosting provider (servers physically located in Southeast Asia) stores all data at rest and does not access it without technical incident investigation. All processors sign data-processing agreements (DPAs) committing to GDPR-equivalent or local law standards.
Cookies and Tracking
asia365 uses essential cookies (session ID, login state, language preference, timezone) to keep you logged in and personalise your interface. These cookies are set by asia365 only and expire when you log out or after 24 hours of inactivity. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. On mobile app, we use local app storage instead of cookies; the principle is identical — data is not shared with advertisers or analytics vendors.
Your Rights and Our Commitments
You have the right to access, download, and delete your data. Log in to asia365, navigate to Account Settings > Data, and select your option. Data download provides your entire profile as a JSON file (email, identity status, transaction history, payment methods on file, login audit log). Data deletion removes your account and all personal records after a 30-day cancellation window; transaction records required by law (AML/KYC archives) are retained but de-identified after 7 years.
If you believe asia365 mishandles your data or suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team via the Help menu in your account or email the address provided in your account settings. We respond to data-breach reports within 24 hours and escalate to our data-protection officer. You can request deletion of cookies at any time by clearing browser storage (Settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data on desktop; Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data on iOS) or uninstalling the Android app.
We update this policy whenever our data practices change. Significant changes (new data types, new processors, new retention periods) are announced via in-app notification and email; minor clarifications (rewording, link fixes) are updated without notice. Your continued account use constitutes acceptance of the current policy. If you disagree with changes, you may request account deletion and data removal as outlined above.
For privacy questions or to report a data concern, reach out through your account Help menu. Our data-protection team reviews requests within 48 business hours and provides written responses. asia365 respects your privacy and commits to transparent, lawful data handling under the laws of the jurisdictions where we operate.
