Password Reset on asia365: Account Recovery and Security
Password reset is one of the most important account management tools we provide. asia365 handles password reset through a two-step process: verifying your identity via email, then allowing you to set a new password. This prevents unauthorised password changes and protects your account from account takeover attacks.
Every password reset on asia365 originates from an email link that expires after subject to verification. This time-limited approach prevents unauthorised parties from using a reset link obtained by other means.
Mobile Password Reset: Android App and iOS Browser
Most asia365 users access password reset through mobile. On Android, open the asia365 app, tap "Forgot Password" at the login screen, enter your registered email address, and submit. You will receive a reset email within subject to verification. On iOS, navigate to asia365 in Safari or Chrome, tap "Forgot Password," and follow the same steps.
After you submit your email, check your inbox (and spam folder) for a message from asia365. The email contains a link that takes you directly to a password-reset form. Tap the link on your phone, and the form opens in your browser or app. Create a new password—asia365 requires at least 8 characters, a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, and at least one number or special character.
Enter your new password twice to confirm, then tap "Reset Password." Your account is immediately updated with the new credential. If you are currently logged in on another device, that session will be terminated; you will need to log in again using your new password.
Desktop Password Reset Flow
Desktop reset follows the same pattern. From the asia365 login page, click "Forgot Password," enter your email, and submit. The reset email arrives within subject to verification. Click the reset link, create a new password in the form, and confirm. Your account is updated immediately.
What Happens During Password Reset
When you initiate a password reset on asia365, we verify that the email address matches a registered account in our system. If no account is found, we do not reveal this information; instead, we send a generic response to prevent account-enumeration attacks. If a match is found, we generate a secure, time-limited reset link and email it to you.
The reset link is a single-use token tied to your account. When you click the link and submit your new password, asia365 stores the hashed version of your new password. Your old password is discarded and cannot be used to log in. If you change your mind, you can log in with your new password immediately or request another reset if needed.
Account Security After Password Reset
After a password reset, all active sessions on your account are logged out. This is intentional: if you reset your password because you suspect unauthorised access, logging out all sessions prevents anyone using a stolen password from staying logged in. Users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and other regions are protected equally by this mechanism.

Two-Factor Authentication and Stronger Account Protection
Password reset is the foundation of account recovery, but asia365 also supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security. Once enabled, 2FA requires a second verification step (via SMS or email code) whenever you log in from a new device or change critical account settings like withdrawal methods or email address.
We recommend enabling 2FA after you reset your password. Go to Account Settings → Security, toggle 2FA on, and choose SMS or email delivery for your one-time codes. The process takes subject to verification and adds a strong layer of protection, especially important if you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment Virtual Account and keep a balance in your asia365 account.
Account Recovery and Support
If you do not receive a password reset email after requesting one, check your spam folder first. If it still does not arrive, contact asia365 customer support via the in-app chat or email. Provide your registered email address and account username. Our support team can verify your identity and resend the reset email or help you regain access through alternative verification methods.
If you suspect unauthorised activity after resetting your password (such as withdrawals you did not initiate), contact support immediately. asia365 logs all account activities, and our security team can review transaction history and help prevent further unauthorised access.
